Loved how easy the check in process was. Text support was on the ball and was incredibly hospitable. So many amazing places to visit nearby such as historic buildings, cute shops and lovely restaurants. The facilities were amazing and the lighting/atmosphere was perfect (Room 204). I especially loved the high ceilings and the rain shower. Great mini vacation spot if you're new to city dwelling and want to experience a peaceful NYC-esque getaway.
Room 203 did not have the same value as 204. The TV was unusable, some trouble with getting the room warm, and the throw blanket on the bed had some suspicious stains folded inside.

A very clean and well equipped suite that was just what we needed at this stage of our travels.
Nothing really: the kettle was flimsy and the sink tap was loose but hardly big issues!
