Dissatisfied

I liked the outside seating area and the sun room at the very front of the property. And I'm afraid that's it.

Where do I start, so much needs to be fixed or replaced. Beds were not made when we arrived. There are no covers for the quilts. Beds are also not comfortable. Outside shower was very grubby looking and they charge €150 euro for cleaning but it hadn't been cleaned. Sunbeds are falling apart, the rattan furniture up on the roof terrace had holes in it. The blue striped sunbeds downstairs literally fell apart Floors are very slippy. I had a very bad fall on my first morning there in the kitchen and have really hurt myself. There is no mat in the kitchen and no tea towels either to dry your dishes. The toilet flushing was broken, you can flush but the buttons kept popping up.. Downstairs shower over the bath.. could not use as a shower as the hook was broken and not replaced. Sofa/couch must be very be very old as it's not that comfortable, and the arm rests do not stay in place Shower rail in double bedroom constantly fell down. Alina was OK to deal with, but her sister Natalia who says she's from Novasol was very rude.. Our flight was delayed which is out of my control but they want €250 cash on arrival. For cleaning €150, linen and towels €50 and Electricity €50. At 4pm I advised our flight was delayed and we would not arrive till 8.30pm instead of 7.30pm. Alina said it was OK she would wait for us but then messaged later to say she had to go and get the bus I had offered to pay the €250 in advance before we ever flew but she was adamant she wanted cash on arrival! We were at the villa all day the following day and Alina did not text till late afternoon to say Natalia would collect the money that evening. I told her we would be out to dinner from 7pm but had been home all day should she have wanted to call. I also offered to do a bank transfer but was again told it has to be cash! Then I got a very abusive message from Natalia threatening to evict me and fine me, yet I had been so open and honest.

Beautiful home

Beautiful house that is clean and comfortable. Great location and close to all amenities. The owner is friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house.
