All in all it was a nice place however could use some deep cleaning and the carpet was very worn and stained. You need to wear slippers at all times because there were sand burrs that had been carried in and were stuck in the carpet. Very painful when stepping on them. I realize this is just a common problem everywhere around here. The house was perfect for our family. We loved all having our own bathrooms. The backyard is wonderful and my son enjoyed fishing from the dock. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect for the family get away! Water Front Delight is big enough for the family but also cozy an inviting. The private beach and dock were a plus! It is perfectly located to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Easy driving to downtown Norfolk for all of the activites available there. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was in the perfect location for my family and I, though it was very close to the main highway, which was quite noisy. The house was a great size. There was no dining table, so be advised of that. The kitchen did not have enough plates/glasses/silverware for the number of people the house is rated to host. A lot of the furniture is quite old, some of it so wobbly we did not risk using it. The rental has potential to be a very nice property, but it definitely needs significant work to be charging what they are for it.
