The property itself is in a fairy tale location with direct view on Mount Kazbek. the bed is super comfortable, room well equipped of a decent size for 2 travelers, the bathtub needs some repair / refresh, but it's still ok. We were surprised by the floor heating =)
Bathtub needs some repair, other than that all was perfect, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and views. Amazing panorama right from the bed. Well-equipped and nice design
It’s not a hotel but some bungalows and there is no reception. This is not a problem, the communication could be a bit more proactive. Access information can be found on the check-in link they send upon booking.
A bit overpriced compared to other accommodation, but the views are unique.

You can see Mount Kazbek right in front of you. You can enjoy the view from morning till night. Although it is set back a bit from the main road, the location is very quiet. Responses to messages were quick, and the service was excellent.
