House was clean and well stocked. The pool is very nice, and the beds were comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. The trolley runs every 20 minutes during the day which makes it very convenient to shop and explore the island. Although I gave the place five stars the pool did have quite a lot of debris in it from the palm trees. It would be beneficial to have the older palms cleaned up and trimmed. Also there wasn’t any cabinet space in the kitchen for our supplies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved staying at this VRBO, it was quiet and beautiful, close to everything. Would definitely go back.

The property and location was perfect. We adored the quiet neighborhood, very relaxing, steps away from the beach. The pool was outstanding with the water feature. The home it self is small but perfect for our family of 4. The only complaints we had were the beds not being very comfortable. Other wise the place is great and property manager was wonderful checking in on us multiple times. Definitely recommend this rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This company used to have great customer service but something has changed — we experienced maintenance issues including electrical (never resolved), dryer vent appeared to be clogged, and the pool heater didn’t work (eventually fixed after multiple calls/email/visits). The office manager did not honor his team’s commitments in a “custom” rental agreement. Not the same customer experience we’ve enjoyed in the past.
