Functional and efficient, the apartment is not luxurious or stylish, but is in a great location—a short walk to and from Bologna Centrale for day trips, and also close to most other places you may want to visit. The apartment is very clean and spacious, with lots of storage space. The shower is good with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning and WiFi work well. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looks well equipped and updated. The host met us at check-in time and was very helpful.
The hair dryer. The mattress was fine, but could be updated. I also feel that the 4:00pm check-in with a 10:00am check out is a bit much. We should have a few more hours at one end or the other.

Loved this apartment! Favorite place to stay in Italy! Super comfortable and the host thought of everything. All of the amenities you might need were there. Super response and kind host! Location was perfect midway between train station and downtown.

Excellent location. Nice and clean , spacious and well furnished apartments. Claudio is a great host-he came and received us in front of the apartment and was in touch with us before our arrival.Nice flea market on Fridays just behind the apartments.

Bardzo sympatyczny Pan Claudio z translatorem dzięki czemu nie ma problemu z porozumiewaniem się w każdym języku :)
