The location was close to everything. Receptionist Elyn was amazing and very helpful. Room was small but comfortable.
Breakfast had variety with rice and noodle dishes.
The room only offered coffee. Not everyone is a coffee drinker. When I asked about the availability of tea bags, the person at the desk ( I think his name was Buvan) didn't seem to understand and gave me more coffee. A couple of tea bags and creamer would have made the stay excellent.
5 out of the 6 breakfasts I had, only fruit on offer were oranges and green apple. First day I went in about 9 am and the apple has run out and was not refilled. Why not local fruit such as bananas, papaya?

The location.
Walking distance to the George Town attractions.
GRAB Car is everywhere if walking is not possible.
No issues for the food availability. Its everywhere close to the hotel.
The hotel never provided a proper parking.
Strictly do not recommend this hotel if you are travelling by your own car.
They could have pre-reserved a few parking lots for the customers (of course at a reasonable cost).

The room itself was decent, if a little dated. The room was also clean and the linen used was of a decent standard.
Location is excellent with most things in Georgetown a walk away like Armenian Street, Chew Jetty etc
Paying extra for a room with a window was a waste of money and the breakfast was awful, worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.
The room is tiny so it’s difficult to do anything but lay in bed when you factor in luggage too.
