House was amazing! Would have liked for check in time to have been earlier and check out time to have been a later.We had a great time!

Excellent cabin, beautiful views and lots of space and amenities. It being dog friendly made it a huge win for us, particularly with care being taken to put a gate on the porch. Kids are already asking about when we can come back!Blue Ridge had changed so much in 20 years. We explored downtown, ate at Bobs and The Rumcake Lady and wanted to go back to both. We kayaked Lake Blue Ridge and the whole family really enjoyed it. Lots of hiking in the area to enjoy as well.Things book out in the summer, even towards the end, so if you want to enjoy the rail bikes or railroad ride, make sure you check dates. There are days they don’t run.Escape to Blue Ridge made renting the place super easy and we felt cared for with simple check-ins and offers to help during our stay. Will definitely use them again!

My overall experience was awesome! If you can wow my husband that really means something! He couldn’t stop talking about how much he really loved the house and the location. This was our first time visiting Blue Ridge Mountains and we can’t wait to bring the kids and extended family members.

Our family of six stayed at Blackberry Lodge for six nights. We were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. The outside fire pit area was very fun. In addition to the fire pit there were horseshoes to play and a a corn hole game. Beds were very comfortable. We entered town and saw the Food Lion grocery store so stopped there quickly to purchase basics. We found a better grocery store just a few minutes further...shop Ingle's for a wider selection of groceries. We hiked a lot. Our favorite hike was Bear Creek Trail outside of Ellijay. Ellijay was also a cute town to explore.Thanks for the hospitality Blue Ridge Escapes!
