The Ocean Inn

Ocean Inn was adequate for what we needed. The room and the private bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value for money. We walked to the city centre from the hotel which took us about 20mins. We stopped at a nearby cafe for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The basin in my bathroom was blocked up and unusable. I arrived late the first night and so managed. Then next morning I went out early, so I called the number that was on the notice board to let them know of the issue. The message apparently didn’t get to them. That night I tried messaging through booking.com I received a message but was told that nothing could be done until the morning. I was also told that the cleaner would be able to plunge it. If it was that simple then someone should have done it that night. I don’t think it is acceptable to have no working sink for the majority of three days.
