Facilities are good with the roof pool and restaurant/ gym. Staff were excellent and very helpful & accommodating nothing was too much trouble.

Traffic outside and noise from the road. This has to be taken into account when staying.

The staff was very helpful and professional. They made our stay very comfortable.

The pleasant staff, the clean and comfortable rooms and the buffet breakfast spread were the highlight for us.

Initially, I was given a room on the third floor, even though I requested in advance the reservation team for a room on the upper floor. Also, it was my birthday, and the room was not decorated as requested before. No my birthday cards have been sent to me. Upon checkout, Reception team has informed me that we need to pay extra as the room rates have been increased. But I told them that we are not going to pay anything extra and we paid amount as per our booking.
