TownePlace Suites San Antonio Northwest at The RIM

Everything. All categories were wonderful

The location

Love the area because it’s so close to so many things such a beautiful view everything was great !

Clean showers better scrub the entire floors and walls.

The location was super great and convenient to local shops and stuff to do. Overall the staff was friendly and rooms were nice and clean upon arrival.

My husband and I stayed for two nights but housekeeping didn't come to tidy up or replenish our towels after the first night. We had a super long day where we were out of the hotel first thing in the morning and didn't come back until super late. Needless to say we were exhausted and it didn't help that we came back to old towels still sitting on our bathroom floor and no clean towels to rinse off. Trash hadn't been emptied and we had to go down to the front desk to request new towels. We were not impressed by housekeeping- at the very least we expected fresh towels to be replenished in our room.
