Yarm View Guest House and Cottages

The perfect location for Yarm. Nice large room.

Great location. Attentive owner to making sure all needs addressed. Helpful with parking advice and assistance. Beds comfy. Kitchen with all we needed.

A lovely property with need a little TLC

Location Value for money

The bed was small

The hosts were great, even picking us up from the station and allowing us to leave our luggage and location is excellent. We were given an "upgrade" from guest house to cottage. Good pillows.

I'm very sorry to be negative because of the kindness of the hosts but the cottage didn't seem to have been cleaned very well. We found a sprouting onion in a kitchen cupboard ( I have a photo of it) and dirty glasses. The seal around the bath and shower glass were black. The toilet needs a new seat. There was a rip in the quilt cover on the double bed, peeling plaster at the front door and quite a few cobwebs and dust. We certainly weren't expecting too much for the price and understand the property is old but it could do with an update. Maybe the guest house would have been better. SORRY.
