Accessible, the room is nice and comfortable. The staff is also accommodating and easy to contact with. It was a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Just fix some of my feedback.
Hope there’s a free parking within the building.
Just feedback: hope it will be addressed. Bidet is leaking. Cleanliness: there were lots of tiny ants in bed (double deck) the upper part upon arrival.

The property can accommodate 6pax.
It has drinking water.
The place is cozy.
Must see to it that it has a parking space for its occupants.
Must provide rags in the bathroom.

We really liked the location, size, pool and general facilities of the apartment – the staff were also very friendly and helpful overall.
Unfortunately, there was a rather unpleasant smell of food and strong cleaning products throughout the house, and there was also a slight but indefinable smell in the flat itself, which could possibly have come from the air conditioning or the pipes.

"Good for seeing the sunrise and near the good restaurants of Dumaguete City. The place is quiet and peaceful."
