The hotel was in a nice location and very close to public transport. Although we were there for only one night, we greatly enjoyed the amenities and elegant ambience in the hotel.

Staff was fantastic and friendly, they helped me out with early check in. Even though there was an extra fee for the early check in the gentleman at the front desk was kind and courteous. I stay at the APA in Hachinohe in Misawa and it is a consistent experience, and the staff is always fantastic.

We enjoyed the location being close to the subway. Enjoyed the facilities and staff.
It was a little cramped, but I'm a bigger person, so it makes sense that was the case

Clean, good location.
The receptionist tore the back of my passport, it was stapled with the old passport and the cute little receptionist tore them from each other and didn't even say sorry! And guess what, she can't speak English!
