We loved the location. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the part of the unit. I think part of it is that it is a bit older. The bathroom floor tile was very dirty and the corners by the tub were especially dirty. The kitchen counters had some spots that hadn’t been wiped down and one of the blankets looked like it had stains on it. The layout was great and the access to the pool and beach were perfect. Overall good experience for our family trip.

The unit was exactly as listed. The only disappointing part was that the king bed is supported by a piece of plywood between the mattress and box spring making for a horribly uncomfortable sleep. Opted for the couch halfway through the night.

When we arrived at 5:30 PM, we couldn’t get into the building. There was no one there and all the doors were locked. A nice lady was coming in and gave me her code to the building. We had to call three times on the day of check in to get a code from Larrowe Property Management for our condo entry. The condo was adequate but nothing special. The disposal didn’t work and the DVD was not connected and could not be connected. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. Access to the beach from the condo was bothersome as there was no direct route within the building. In spite of these disappointing things, the condo adequately met our needs.
