Staff were really friendly. Comfy bed. Good wifi. No noise from neighbouring rooms.
During school hours it was quite loud.

Comfortable and great proximity to everything we needed
No fan to combat hot weather, or fridge in room for keeping waters etc. cold.

The room was comfy and very clean, the location is excellent, plenty of shops and cafes nearby; the castle and the Royal Mile are within walking distance.
I liked everything

The Guesthouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood but at the same time is really close to the city center. The stuff was amazing, beds were comofortable.
We were welcomed with a bunch of fruits, cookies as well as tea and coffee in our room.
