I beautiful New hotel with an exceptional simple luxury. I love the variety in the breakfast and the attention of the staff. I love my room that was in the 10th floor looking a long distance the main center of the city.

Location is great.
This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. When we checked in and received our keys, the room hadn’t been cleaned and we had to wait an hour before it was ready. The receptionist should be more welcoming — she appeared sad, stressed, and not very approachable. Overall, the customer service felt a bit rude and unprofessional.
