Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was comfortable and plenty of room.

Great house for 12 people! Plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Multiple decks for sun and shade. Pool was awesome. Would recommend paying the extra fee for heating in shoulder seasons. Wish there were more loungers in the pool area though. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach out the back gate. Friendly, walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.

The house is in a great neighborhood and the views are beautiful. When we arrived the house was dirty inside and out. The property management company sent someone out that night to clean the house. The next day they sent out two men who pressure washed all the decks and outside furniture. The furniture in the family room and on the decks need reupholstering. We ended up buying flat sheets to cover the couches and chairs in the family room because of the stains. All the carpets in the house need professional cleaning and have stains on them including the elevator carpet. The house is designed well and holds a big group of people very well. Fortunately, our children are adult age because as a mom, I wouldn’t have wanted my young kids crawling on the floors or carpets. If the house gets the TLC it needs it will be a 10/10!
