Our stay was excellent. The place itself was well maintained, and had everything we needed for our large family. The only thing that was an issue for us was parking because of the size of our vehicle (large passenger van). Otherwise we would have been able to park in the allotted space the host provides in the back. Highly recommend staying if you’re in Long Beach.

Great place to attend Cal State Long Beach graduation with family! House was as described, clean and ready to go.

This location was super convenient for us and we loved having 4 bathrooms for 5 people which is why we picked this rental.I will say, most of the beds are VERY firm. So if you don't like a really really firm mattress you will hate this. The only other issue is that there isn't really a place to "hang out" with everyone. The couch is tiny with super uncomfortable arms. If you're only sleeping here it's great but there's no place to really lounge other than beds.Parking was easy and the location worked great for us.
