This house is perfect for a visit to Sarasota. It is close to grocery stores, shopping and many beaches. The host communicates quickly and accurately and the listing photos are up to date. Some lovely bonuses- 3 bikes to use, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler, many places to sit and enjoy the sunshine and shade and all the kitchen gadgets you need to prepare meals. I highly recommend this house!

Where to begin….. house was so comfortable! The bed was excellent, the living area had very comfortable seating, the patio was great with the grill being so convenient when we wanted to stay in.It was as if the owners had lived there and provided all things necessary to function. Plenty of towels, and linens.Location was amazing, we could easily walk to Gulf Gate shops and restaurants.Rick, our host, was easy to reach and very helpful. We already booked for 2027!

The property was more rundown and dusty then I expected it to be. They did have lots of things like blankets and kitchen items but I would not stay here again.
