The house has plenty of room and everyone was able to spread out and enjoy the space. The house was clean, comfortable and had all the items needed for a week long stay. The ground level bedrooms are easily accessible but the 3rd bedroom is a little tricky to get to with the narrow steps. Our host was very responsive to communications. We would definitely book this home again!

Overall, we had a great stay and the space served us well. Jo was a great host and very responsive. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I would say the only issue was that the description states it sleeps 11 and that is a stretch. The double bed upstairs was fine but the futon, trundle bed and cots would not be comfortable options for most people, especially any adult. Overall, I would still recommend it.

This was a great house for our son’s graduation weekend from RIT. Three generations in OBE home celebrating his achievements. The house was clean, secure and easy to access.

The furniture shown was NOT the furniture that was in the house when we rented it. The chairs and couch in the living room were very uncomfortable. Couldn't stand them to even watch a little TV. The king size bed was hard as a rock and the night stands were not what was shown in the description and pictures. No laundry soap, no extra toilet paper only half a roll between the 2 bathrooms when we arrived.
