The place was perfect for us. We went to Kitchener to visit our daughter and grandchildren which was the perfect location for us. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. We weren’t there to go skiing so we can’t comment on that. Highly recommend this place for a family of 3

Due to a late change of my original booking, I was upgraded to the upper storey unit. I was a very clean unit, but it floors were cold. All requests to the owner were responded to in a timely matter.

I rented this house for my sister and mother in law so my review is according to their feedback. Overall the house was in decent shape and updated. Beds were very comfortable! A few amenities were missing that would have made the stay more enjoyable.. salt was empty, there were no dish cloths to wipe counters..only a dirty sponge. There were no face cloths in bathroom, and only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people, 3 days. Bedrooms were very spacious and lots of available closet storage. There were a few things we feel maybe the cleaning crew could have been more thorough before we got there.. laundry left in dryer which we folded, and previous tenants food left in the freezer. The main issue we found, is that the livingroom furniture is very low to the floor. As we had one older guest staying she found it very difficult to get in and out of. Almost like it was made for kids. All in all, nicely laid out and convenient location, and we appreciated the place to stay, but maybe better for younger guests.

The host was very responsive and sweet the entire time!
