100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
Location was good, not super noisey and restaurant on site.
Rooms need a little maintenance eg cupboard doors don’t close well. Small kids pool poorly maintained

The place offers good value for the price
and is quite clean.
Most of the staff are friendly,
and the breakfast is nice.
- The bath towels are not good at all too old
- There is a noticeable lack of care from some of the staff. I asked an employee to open the access door to the elevator, as the other way involved stairs and I was pushing a baby stroller that I couldn't carry. He laughed in a strange way and simply said the door is currently closed.
- The location is tucked away in alleyways.

The staff are very professional and polite especially hamza probably one of the greatest receptionists I have ever met very attentive and a nice human being , I think he needs a pay rise as he would go above and beyond to help us with whatever queries we had !!! When talking about customer service he has exceeded all aspects of it ! Brother you are a legend !
Property is 10 minute drive to the centre of gueliz which is awesome
