+ nice terrace with good view over the coast
+ pool
+ friendly staff
- overall average equipped kitchen, no oven, limited amounts of pans
- loud gravel road next to the apartment, every time a car passes by, it feels like an eruption in the house
- strange smell in the sink in the kitchen
- lights in the house not cosy
- very humid in the house
- poor price/ quality ratio
- after departure we got a message that they made pictures before and after the stay and we need to leave I the same condition although a cleaning fee was paid
- the offered us a big discount for next booking if we leave them good rating (which tells a lot about the 10 ratings)

"The view was amazing, also it was really quiet. The house was well prepared, we also received a gift basket, that was really nice."
