Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time. Great location!!The unit could have been cleaner. Dirt behind bead and sofas. Wall in master bedroom paint and drywall was peeling. Refrigerator was leaking. Coffee machine was old and not working great. Front light was out. We asked twice to have it replaced because we couldn’t see coming in at night. It never was.We love coming to summerhouse and hopefully will return next year.

The first week, however, someone set off fireworks on the beach around 9 or 9:30. Fortunately, there were no fireworks set off during our second week.
