Last year after staying in this condo we sent in a review that pointed out several items that needed to be addressed. I am happy to say that all those items were addressed and a couple of improvements were made beyond that.

256 was the perfect spot. We stayed the entire month of September. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable furniture, and beds. The kitchen has all the items needed to make a vacation feel like home.

We appreciate the updated tables in the living room & the new washer and dryer! The storm door needs replaced. It has broken slats and was extremely difficult to open. The outlet on the balcony has exposed wires. The shower door leaks at the bottom. I suggest a squeegee to keep the floor dry. The illuminated beach art is beautiful in the primary bedroom however, I prefer a dark bedroom. Thank you!

Overall we were satisfied with the unit but there were no replacement trash bags, only one pod for dishwasher and the host might consider upgrading paper products (toilet paper/paper towels). Pleased with the condo comfortability.
