Was good location
Room not finished . Felt we were in a concrete bunker

Breakfast was good, location was good too.
The 4pm check in, and different location to leave your luggage, and the heat in the hallways and elevators due to the boilers.

Appliances are available inside the room.
Lack of variety for breakfast.

The location of this hotel is its strong point -- ideally situated a 5min walk from two different metro stations. And only a 15min walk to downtown Namba and Dotonbori attractions.
Though the hotel advertises that its rooms come with a kitchen, in reality, the kitchen is unworkable. The stove does not heat beyond a mere warm level, there are only two small cooking utensils and plates provided. The bathroom had black mould visible behind the toilet due to high humidity and an inoperative exhaust fan.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet was limited, coffee was bitter in taste, and hot menu items were always cold.
So while the price was enticing for a room with a kitchen, we were rather disappointed in the overall experience.
