The location was great as it was a short drive to old town and near to Vin Pearl for some sun. It was lovely and the staff were fantastic.

Such a lovely hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Kent who helped us with any issues we were having and was able to recommend us restaurants, tailors and activities in the area which were all very good. He also asked us for recommendations of places we went to/ate at so they could be recommended to other guests.
The hotel was very comfortable, great facilities and a lovely pool which was open late - something we appreciated after a long day out. Overall, one of the best hotels we stayed at during our time in Vietnam.

Nice quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to the old town.
Being hyper critical here but the breakfast buffet could have had better quality bread and pastries.
The bikes were old - could have done with updating but were free at point of use and great for exploring the area.
