Reviewer Comments:
EB&T 1003C was a simple, well maintained, efficiency condo on the quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach. Still much renovation on the property and in the area.

Great unit. Nice view. Fully equipt. Plenty of towels but beach towels were scratchy. TV has limited channels. Everything else was first rate!
