Private Room on Donegall Road in Central Belfast

The staff/host responded timely and kind. It was reasonable and the room was totally fine. The deposit was refunded soon.

I would like to mention about the deposit, as well as some reviewers. I was surprised to be asked to send deposit completely outside of Booking.com. The message from the staff/host was right, my booking details said the additional deposit should be paid. I have missed this description because I have never been asked. But the description said it has been charged 14 days before the stay. But actually I received the message about the deposit on the day before my stay and the free cancellation deadline has passed, which was unfair. If the deposit can be paid via booking.com, it should have been much better.

The location is very close to Belfast City Centre and even East Belfast but far enough that it felt local to the city. Being in the middle of Sandy Row lowkey made me a bit bias towards the loyalists but this is still a good hub if you want to walk around South Belfast and explore the city. Bus & Bikes lanes nearby too and the amenities were always clean.

The only complaint I had was that the other tenants didn’t close the damn gate bruh. But that’s not on the owner so I’m not blaming him lol. This is honestly a very nice place to live and it genuinely made me sad when I had to leave this Belfast location.

Sugar, coffee and tea always available. Spar shop across the road.

The location was good as the event was at Boucher Road.

The room was smelling cigarette smoke and very noisy. Just one bathroom on the first floor to share between 4 rooms.
