Lage war sehr gut, S-Bahn / U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gutes Parkhaus 100m neben Appartement für 30€ / 24h. Appartement selbst ist sehr groß, ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Küche ist nutzbar, alles da was man braucht. Schlafzimmerfenster sind "hinten" raus, somit kein störender, nächtlicher Straßenlärm. Mehrere Restaurants / Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gastgeberin informiert unkompliziert über WhatsApp, sehr freundlich.

The Flat was HUGE, lots of space to spread out, the A/C was great, the host was communicative and helpful. The neighborhood had great food options and was next to the Metro and public transport. Awesome to have kitchen/dining room options but didn't use them on this trip.

The beds were actually futons, so very firm. We are a bit older and need softer beds, so if you like a firm bed, this is the place for you.

Big apartment and good location and new modern bathroom.

The bedrooms are very, very poorly equipped, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, and the furniture is worn out. The handymen came a few hours after our arrival to fix the alarm, and I think it could have been done sooner or later. Although the apartment has central heating, it is very cold because the apartment is very large. And there are two air conditioners in the apartment, but there is no regulator for them, nor can they be used at all, and the temperature outside was below 0. There was only one small pillow on the beds, so it is impossible to sleep on an uncomfortable bed with such a small and soft pillow. There was no street number sign in front of the entrance to the building. After we booked the apartment, the owner requested that our personal documents be sent in advance, before the registration itself. As there were only two of us, and we paid for three because the price was the same, the owner texted us several times and kept asking how many of us were coming. Which I don't think is professional at all. Because we travel a lot in Europe through booking.com and no one has ever asked us for a copy of our personal documents in advance. And the highlight of everything was when the owner sent a message before leaving asking us which beds we used, and I repeat that we paid for 3 or more people. It's a shame for such a large apartment with very uncomfortable beds and an unprofessional owner.
