King Suite. Free Breakfast Buffet. Pool & Gym Access. Amazing Location!

Pros: We enjoyed the location, amenities like the great included breakfast, pool and workout area! The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and clean with a great kitchen. Cons:The air conditioning kept shutting off on is own, so it was often in the mid to upper 70s in the suite, even at night. We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom, and when we got there, we were told there was no 1 bedroom available because we booked through VRBO and not them directly. We were initially told that we could stay in the studio room (and still pay the 1 bedroom price) or pay twice as much to upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite!! Once we had all our stuff in the studio, we got a call that they were offering to upgrade us for free to the 2 bedroom suite. That was nice but should have been offered from the beginning instead of all the runaround and being told we were not going to get what we paid for already - in fact that we would have to settle for less and still pay the higher price! That is dishonest and sketchy marketing and business practices!!Also, the whole check in process took 30 minutes because the lady was super slow in answering any questions, despite me telling her from the beginning that we were in a hurry to get to an event. VERY poor customer service overall at check in. The rest of the stay was good.

The place was very convenient and had a lot of walking distance places to visit. In a quiet neighborhood
