This place worked very well for our family of 9 adults and 3 grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the back deck, and playing cornhole and roasting marshmallows by the firepit in the private backyard.The place was clean and close to 3 State beaches.

The house was roomy and clean. Short walk to the beach. Large parking area.

The property was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children. Beach chairs, boogie boards and wagon were a great touch!

This property needs to be refurbished. The great part was the host, responsiveness, and the actual size. Kitchen was nice too. However, the cleanliness was not great. When we first got there, we could feel dirt/sand on our feet and choose to leave our shoes on. The sheets did not smell clean. I feel like we were the first ones there after college rental season and the sheets were just coming out of storage. But the house was extremely musty so it could be that the sheets just took on that smell. The mattresses were not great and the pillows were bad. We went to Marshall’s and purchased some new ones for ourselves. You could see on the walls where things had just been taken down. That didn’t bother me, just reminded me this had college students. Host offered to send someone but we had already unpacked so declined, but they were very responsive and said they would pass on our complaints to the owners so hopefully the overdue refurbishing will happen soon. Wanted to be specific in this review as all reviews on website showed 10/10.
