I wanted to write a few words about someone who was incredibly helpful when we arrived at this hotel; he truly deserves a reward. I have rarely encountered someone with such qualities—he is highly skilled in dealing with guests. The hotel itself is excellent, with everything being top-notch and conveniently located near everything one might need. Once again, a huge thank you to the extremely kind staff member who assisted us so much—his name is Mehdi, and he works at the reception.

Its in a very active area, close to everything (walkable distances). Its clean and well organized. The reception workers are very nice.
The room was incredibly small to be honest (doesn’t work if you are staying for long). I was on a work trip, so I was only there to sleep. The morning breakfast was very disappointing. I would opt out of that option if I were to stay there again. The older guy who works the bar/terrace area has a very weird tone and is short-tempered as well. (very different from other Moroccans. They are usually incredibly sweet and hospitable.
