Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick-Harpers Ferry Area by IHG

When checking in the front desk was very helpful especially cynthia. She gave me information on places to eat and sites to see.

I loved the location, next to gas stations and supermarkets.

The property was extremely clean the room was very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is newer and very clean and modern. The location is adjacent to an upscale community where there were lots of sidewalks and a trail to walk on.

It’s easy to get to from the highway and is still fairly new so clean and well maintained. We didn’t use it but it does have a small indoor pool and a gym.

While there is a small market in the lobby, items are ridiculously priced and aren’t labeled with prices. Like $4 for a small drink. You are better off walking next door to Sheetz. I expect some mark up but that’s more than I paid at a high end hotel in NYC. Staff was nice enough but when we checked in the clerk was very flustered and it took much longer than it should have. We were the only ones checking in and everything was prepaid. Perhaps the staff could use additional training. Rooms are basic but decent. Towels are super small and not soft.
