Our favorite property rental thus far! Rose is an excellent host. Staying at the property; my husband and I felt as though we were on a retreat. Relaxing. Peaceful. Beautiful.

This is the most well stocked place I’ve ever stayed. Fantastic place and fantastic location.

The outdoor space in this rental was absolutely stunning. We spent hours sitting staring at the silent beauty of the desert while the sound of numerous waterfalls surrounded us. What a great way to spend our anniversary and Rose was amazing and available if we needed her!

Stunning water features outdoors, very much as in the photos. We enjoyed spending the evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi, although the water never quite got hot enough for my liking. The living spaces were comfortable and well-appointed, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Minor repairs needed. The living room is a bit tired-looking and not as big as it looks in the photo. The dining set is a high table with stools – – we are both short, and it was not comfortable . If you have children or seniors, the set up, may not work for you. Great rec room set up with a large screen TV, a hoops game, and a pool table. That room is insulated, but not air-conditioned, so iffy on hot summer days. The biggest downside for us was that, while this property accepts dogs (for an additional fee), it is not dog friendly. The property is fully fenced in, but the terrain outside of the paved areas is rough and full of spiky cactus. The owner asked that our dog be leashed and not allowed to roam around the property on her own, which defeats the purpose of looking for a rental with a fenced in yard. Even on a leash, my dog kept stepping on nettles that wedged into her paws. Every time we went out, I had to dig them out. Dogs are also not allowed on the beds or couches. We weren’t told this until after check-in. Rules should be clear on the website. The owner is kind, responsive, and cares about your stay. Lots of good info in her guestbook. A lot of rules, though, and an extensive checkout list.
