good location. Well priced in a central location. When having trouble accessing entry into room, manager arrived asap to reset door enrty lock. Tea/coffee making facility in the room. Great area downstairs for making a meal if staying for a few days.

Bathroom door kept sliding open, I had to place a hand towel between door and wall to keep door closed and private. The outside window is unable to be opened for outside air.

Central location. Even though it was in a busy location, it was quiet. Excellent shower.

There was an odour in the room, which we became used to. The floor surface felt unclean - it may may just be the carpet material. The room lacked maintenance. The kitchen tap outlet was practically detached. The wardrobe doors did not slide. The kitchen lacked some basic essentials ie no toaster, sharp knife, bench space. Although the location was great, the parking or lack of it, was difficult to find. For a regional city, the parking was horrendous.
