My husband and I really enjoyed the stay here so much! The room was perfect for us and having a balcony and beachfront view was spectacular! The hotel is always full of fun people, great food and drinks. Communication was also excellent! I’m sure we will be back! Thank you!

My door key and lock stopped working midway into my stay. I was locked out of my room for over an hour, after coming back from the pool. Wet in trunks. No one, including the host, security, or the hotel showed any sense of urgency to get me access to the room I paid for. I had to call nearly 10 times and wait more than an hour outside the room before anyone did anything. The room is fine, but if anything stops working or goes wrong, you are stuck and no one does anything to assist.
