Central location to everything in Manitou Springs.

Location and comfort

A few things need repair, tv and internet did not work well, property was not inspected well beforehand.

It was a great location. Liked the free coffee. The surrounding businesses were helpful and friendly.

We had some trouble getting the key out of lock box. The parking was a little weird but I liked being able to see my vehicle from the window.

This loft is right in the heart of Manitou Springs, and made our family vacation so much more comfortable and relaxing than a standard hotel. Every scenic activity is just mere minutes away, lots of coffee/bakery/ice cream options, funky shops and good food. Dedicated parking place, we walked a lot, enjoyed the views, and had a wonderful time! The loft was perfectly clean and meticulously made up from bedding to kitchen to lounging. We loved it.

The WiFi worked but wasn’t the best. It cut in and out and required a lot of re-signing in. But then again, we weren’t here for the WiFi, so minor inconvenience.
