We stayed for only two nights. The rooms were clean. Hot water was scarce. Location a little out of way. Meals except for breakfast was very ordinary. People nice.

The view was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The blankets were super warm which is great to have in Bhutan.
The room heater was quite loud which made it hard to sleep with it on.
The staff were lovely and kind people but the staff that we interacted with seemed to be new as they were unsure about answers to our questions.
The hotel is quite far from town center. The road leading to the hotel is quite rural, we took taxis to move to and from the hotel.

Clean on the whole
Added double taxes compared to what was quoted on booking.com. We didn’t kick up a fuss as only one night. But should be more transparent.
Decoration needed, very dated. Breakfast needs improving and location is a little far out. Check in took too long because of all these extra taxes being added.
