Stables Guest House

We had an amazing stay. Easy to find and situated just outside the main town centre. With easy access, via car or walking into the town centre. The room was an ideal size for our short stay. Ensuite, which more than did the job. There is a tv, and a kettle etc, for making your hot drinks. Refilled every day. Our view was into the garden and across the town. There is enough onsite parking to fit per room. But also on road parking. Breakfast was great. Choose your option the night before and its served quickly and hot. We enjoyed all options, which you would expect to find on offer. The icing on the cake for us, was the wonderful owners. Friendly, engaging, and alway happy to help and advice on local and out of area attractions. Overall, we used this as a base of operations while we visited the local area and sites. And we were very happy to have booked here. Recommended, and would come again.

Lol, shower could of been a bit more powerful 🤣

Breakfast was great, really good GF options too

Shower had very low pressure so washing my hair was a bit of a chore, but that wouldn't stop me going back. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. Dane and Fay are lovely friendly hosts
