Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here. Nice accommodations for the six of us. Short bike ride to the beach and into Seaside. The only thing is that we wished this house furnished a BBQ grill. It would have made our stay more enjoyable if we had been able to grill out.

Our stay was very relaxing and worry free. The property had their very care packages that had your basic essentials for washing clothes and shower amenities. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Great location and easy bike ride to many places on 30A.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a second stay at the Bungalows. The first was with a different management company and was so perfect we decided on another visit which will be our last with Benchmark. The necessities for the stay were at a very minimal, even the toilet paper was very sparse. We had lots of bed pillows but no pillowcases to put on them. The kitchen sink had no hot water so when we used the dishwasher, the dishes were still dirty. I called the office and informed them but asked that they deal with it after our stay. The air intakes were covered with dust that could easily be cleaned. I was disappointed overall but believe it is the management and not the property itself.
