The property was incredible. Amazing location in Trastevere next to many great shops and restaurants. Also just a quick walk into Rome proper. The facilities were roomy and private. Felt like home. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. Laura was super welcoming and showed us around!
Some small things were the shower head height wasn’t adjustable and the neighbors could be heard through the walls. Not noisy, just the tv and sometimes the dogs barking. We brought a sound machine so it didn’t bother our sleep at all.

Location
The door locking system failed as its battery hadn’t been replaced properly. Staff were helpful in getting it fixed but still as the staff work remotely, I was locked inside the apartment for the best part of the day. Once there the staff found a way that the lock system could be overwritten. This gave me confidence to continue my stay.
