Close to clothing store's and McDonald's is 4 mins away. The beach is less than 5 min walk from condo. I recommend bringing a extra trashbag bc they only had one in trash can, its the size of a one year old, and height of below my knee. Also bring another roll of toilet paper bc they only had one roll for five days. It was quiet. 25 for parking. 20 wristbands for each person using the pool. Get wristbands at the office. I recommend checking windows bc the window in the bedroom was unlocked.I check windows in every place I stay bc majority of places I stay always have their windows unlocked and safety is important to me .Security guard was driving around which is good. They were close to everything. It was clean. The lady in the office was very nice and friendly. One of the Security guards were friendly. They're very helpful. I like that you needed a code to get in front gate and that everything was very close by.

Plenty of activities nearby.

Nice place. Quick walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Definitely need to stalk up on groceries/spices/household essentials once there. Only one roll supplied for paper towels and toilet paper. No laundry in unit or on site that we could see. Extra towels which was nice, but we only had 2 people. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but pretty standard. Got the mandatory wristbands but no one ever even checked for them.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, both mattresses “sink in” towards the middle. We were constantly rolling back towards the edge of the bed, my fiancé and I ended up sleeping in the living room on the couch and on the floor. We’ve rented this exact unit for the last three years and it’s always been an issue, we were hoping the beds would be better this time. The microwave doesn’t work at all, we tried multiple times to reheat food and it’s ice cold.
