Wonderful villa with charming decor and so many beautiful little details. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need. Two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a large, cozy open-plan living room and studio space. There is a parking space available for a car. The villa is beautiful, decorated with so much care, charm and soul. The host is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He has filled the villa with everything you could possibly need, all the little things that make your stay comfortable and cozy. The villa host was always available and happy to help us with all our little requests. He welcomed us so warmly and even treated us to cold homemade lemonade ❤️ The sunrises from the terrace are absolutely incredible. The view is wonderful, and the terrace itself is pure love. There is also a separate little garden with pomegranate trees, flowers, a swing and sun loungers. There is a shop and some delicious restaurants on the waterfront just about a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is around 15 minutes on foot.

There is a road nearby, but if you are sensitive to noise, just bring earplugs and it won’t be a problem.

Everything was more than excellent! Right from the check-in we had a parking space for the car, the hostess welcomed us with homemade lemonade and sweets. The villa is a fabulous luxury residence - starting from the moment we entered, the huge rooms with all the extras and elegant accessories in them, the incredible view from the large balcony, there is also a garden with sun loungers and a garden swing... Every little detail and small necessity has been thought of and provided for. A big plus for us was that the parking lot is private for the guests of the villa and was always at our disposal, without having to think about where we would find a parking space. There are all kitchen appliances and dishes. Absolute cleanliness, freshness and style in all rooms. Very kind host. Very easy and fast check-in and check-out. Excellent WF. I can only write good things about this MORE THAN A GREAT PLACE. It's much nicer in real. This place deserves a rating well above 10. Още при настаняването имахме осигурен паркинг за автомобила, домакинята ни посрещна с домашно приготвена лимонада и сладки. Вилата е приказна луксозна резиденция - като се започне още от влизането, огромните стаи с всички екстри и елегантни аксесоари в тях, невероятната гледка от големия балкон, има и градина с шезлонги и градинска люлка... За всяка малка подробност и дребна необходимост е помислено и осигурено. Голям плюс за нас беше, че паркингът си е лично за гостите на вилата и винаги беше на наше разположение, без да мислим къде ще намерим място за паркиране. Има всички кухненски уреди и съдове. Абсолютна чистота, свежест и стил във всички помещения. Много любезен домакин. Много лесно и бързо настаняване и напускане. Отличен WF. Мога много още само хубави неща да напиша за това ПОВЕЧЕ ОТ ОТЛИЧНО МЯСТО. Това място заслужава оценка много над 10. БЛАГОДАРИМ, че бяхме Ваши гости !!!

Relativ grosse, schöne Wohnung direkt überm Meer, voll eingerichtet, tolle Lage unweit Hafen mit tollen Seafood Restaurants. Strand mit Bewirtschaftung, Duschen und schöner Atmosphäre 1km entfernt, sehr gut erreichbarer Gastgeber

wer empfindliche Ohren hat, den wird nachts der Strassenlärm stören. Ich habe stattdessen auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Und ich habe da sehr sehr gut geschlafen.

Evin konumu mükemmel, manzara harika. Deniz ayaklarınız altında. Ev çok temizdi. Ev araç ve gereçleri son derece yeterli idi. Evde olması gereken her türlü mutfak araç gereci vardı. Restoranlara yürüme mesafesi çok yakın. Biz Kavala merkezine de rahatlıkla yürüyerek gidip gelebildik.

Yolun kenarında olmasından dolayı geçen araçların gürültüsü. Ama diğer özellikleri ile birlikte değerlendirildiğinde bu bir problem değil. Gece de rahat ve çok iyi uyuyabildik.
