Great location for the 4th of July. Pismo Beach is a great place any time of year. The property is as advertised. We had a great time at the condo.

Love the location and rental property. We have stayed at this location many of times. Great for a large family. The only thing we see that needs an upgrade is the living room chair and couch everything else is great.

Reviewer Comments:
Location was great just a short walk to the beach. The property was not as clean as we have experienced with several other rental properties we have stayed at. There were ants in the kitchen, bathrooms and dining area.
