Lovely Vacation Rental Home is situated across the street from the nature preserve/lagoon. 3 bedroom 2 bath large, single level, single family residence in Oceano. The living room has a decorative (non-op) fireplace, TV with digital cable, wireless internet and a sofa sleeper. Washer/dryer. Primary bedroom has queen bed and TV with digital cable. The second bedroom has a queen and an extra-long twin. Third bedroom has two standard twin beds. Charcoal BBQ.

It was a pleasant experience with property. In decent condition for last minute booking and very conveniently located for sand dunes excursion. Rooms were decently sized and accommodated as expected for our number of parties for booking. Appropriately stocked. Cant expect more than this for the last minute booking.

The house is spacious, but very old. Many dishes in the cupboard were dirty and no wine glasses! Who doesn't have wine glasses! Couldn't get TV in master to work, fireplace didn't work, and blew a fuse right when we turned on a light. But plenty of room for two families.
