Great house, great location (dock in back, beach access across street) and nice pool. This is not a luxury rental so you can feel comfortable with kids stretching out and not being monitored constantly which is nice. Everything you need, close to bars/restaurants. I wish they let renters use kayaks, that was a bummer but all sorts of other beach equipment in good condition and accessible. Management is very responsive and no issues at all with check-in/check-out.

The property setting was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool , pier and furniture with our group. There were many things in need of repair and update that have been overlooked on this property for some time. ( small- light bulbs replaced, larger- cracked windows, blinds didn't work, deck needed paint as did furniture in lanai, some lawn furniture pieces broken) Queen and king beds were too high for older adults. Also giving us 2 dishwasher soap pks and one package of toilet paper for 8 people for a week was ridiculous. We paid to stay in a place with amenities and buying dish and dishwasher soap, as well as toilet paper was not appropriate for the amount charged for the home.

Awesome place.

The good: location on Blind Pass, lots of wildlife activity. Also enjoyed the screen porch, heated pool, and easy walk to the beach. Otherwise disappointing, this house has seen better days, rental time takes a toll. We were not impressed, more like resigned. Mid stay the pool service over chlorinated resulting in severely faded swimsuits. We called the agency about this, not in anger, expecting they might take responsibility for the suits. And they called us back a number of times, but in the end nothing. They just waited for us to leave. Figures.
