On a positive note, the staff made a real effort to make it up to us on the second and third days. In particular, our bartender and servers, Kevin and Albenis, worked incredibly hard to make things right. Thanks to their attentive and excellent service, the rest of our stay was much better. However, given the initial service failures, maintenance issues, and misleading wellness advertising, it lands at a flat 3 stars for us.

Our stay at Marazao Beach Hotel had its ups and downs. Unfortunately, the first day was highly disappointing due to extremely poor service. We waited almost two hours just for a Coca-Cola and a ginger ale. At lunch, we placed our order, but over an hour later, the kitchen manager and a front desk associate came out to ask if we wanted to order—revealing that our food was never even put through. We also had a frustrating issue with low water pressure in our toilet. It wasn't fixed after the maintenance team's first visit, and I actually had to take a video of it to convince them to come back and resolve it properly. Furthermore, if you are looking for a true "wellness" hotel, look elsewhere. The hotel does not offer yoga as advertised, and there are absolutely no activities surrounding wellness. Additionally, vendors constantly approach you right at your beachfront unit, which significantly decreases the peace and serenity.

Es muy bonito el hotel, no es lujoso pero son cabañas pequeñas independientes muy bien equipadas y construidas. Hermoso el sendero de las cabañas con buen jardín. La habitación cómoda, con buen aire acondicionado. La cama amplia con muy buenas sábanas. Buen baño. Diría que es de los mejores de Tierra Bomba teniendo en cuenta la relación precio y calidad.

El desayuno deben mejorarlo, muy poquito y estaban fríos los huevos y el café con leche.
