Good location, very close to train
Good contact with clear details from host
Room was clean and nice to have kitchen
Wifi was weak in bedroom
Large number of stairs to get to property and room
Doors a little loose, but host was understanding and will fix

The host was very communicative, though next time I would prefer written communication rather than voice messages. The terrace (shared) is beautiful.
The bathroom sink leaked. The external bathroom door is right next to the other room and makes it awkward to walk to/from. There was trash from the previous guests on the balcony (though it was cleaned upon complain).
